THE EXCHANGE

Contact us by email then return your item(s) to the following address: 10 rue de Rrennes 35130 La Guerche de Bretagne  ( shipping costs are your responsibility ).

In the event of a return that meets the conditions mentioned below, BoutiK will ship your new order free of charge within 30 days of the return of the goods at the latest.
Contact us by email before any size change.

THE RETURN

Contact us by email then return your item(s) or drop off your package in its original packaging with the completed return slip at the following address: 10 rue de Rennes 35130 La Guerche de Bretagne ( shipping costs are your responsibility ).
In the event of a return meeting the conditions mentioned below, BoutiK will proceed with the refund.

PRODUCT STATUS

All returned products must be new, unused and in their original, undamaged box.
Upon receipt of the item(s), BoutiK will assess the condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be issued if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the CUSTOMER and this use or damage renders the product unfit for sale. The refund does not include the shipping costs of the order; only the item will be refunded.
