Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply exclusively between any Customer and the company La BoutiK , an e-commerce store located at 10 rue de Rennes, 35130 La Guerche de Bretagne , registered under SIRET 43003838000027. Any purchase made online on the site www.laboutikshop.com is subject to prior acceptance of these GTC.

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.
